Over a span of nine months, James was ALWAYS available to show me properties, spanning from South Lyon to Gibraltar, and was so patient with my flip-flop mindset "to move, or not to move". He drew up six purchase agreements in that time frame and thank goodness the first five did not pan out (various reasons) as the sixth one was clearly the best home and investment for me. James is an AWESOME realtor!! I wish we would of worked with in from the begining of our house search! I went looking for a realtor after or previous one kept telling us that every house we looked at was a great house when in reality there were several that were not right for us. James is honest and upfront. His is not a "salesman" type who just tries to push you to get the sale. He takes the time and really helps to find the right home for the family he is working with.
