ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for an honest, reliable, friendly realtor, you have found your guy. Jim Brock is not only a wonderful realtor, but he is also a nice, down-to-earth man. At a time in my life when I needed to relocate quickly, he made me a priority, showed me properties that met all of my specifications, and found me the perfect home in just a few days. I actually closed on it yesterday. I think the whole transaction took less than 6 weeks. He went above and beyond what I expected and I highly recommend you give him a call if you find yourself needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jimbo as we like to call him (behind his back) ??Did a spectacular job showing us around a town completely new to us. He lined up nearly 8 houses for us to look at in the same day because we came from out of town and were only here two days. He scheduled the homes we requested to see that we had found on Zillow as well as a few wild card properties he came up with all by himself based on what we were looking for. It took us two long days and about 15houses but in the end we found our dream house and have been busy the last couple months making it our home. We highly recommend Jim Brock.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Jim Brock when on vacation in FL and thru email we talked and he set up showings for houses that I wanted to view in TN. Jim was prompt, and courteous and very helpful. My daughter and I were staying at a hotel in TN and Jim knew that we didn't know the area, he was kind enough to recommend restaurants to us, and we never ate a bad meal! He also recommended hotels near the houses we viewed, and extended his help when we purchased two homes in TN, he contacted other professionals on my behalf to get quotes for pressure washing the house, etc. He was very helpful in all areas of buying both houses. He has become a good friend. I would recommend Jim Brock for all of your house hunting needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jim to buy my "retirement" home in Sewanee. We negotiated a good price for the property, and were able to include necessary structural treatments to the home paid for by the seller. Jim knows many of the important specialists in the area (many of whom I also know and trust), so coordinating inspections, estimates and work can be done within a trusted network. I would definitely work with Jim Brock again for another purchase.
