A Central PA native, James brings a wealth of knowledge, understanding and experience to all of his clients. After several years traveling the US while working for Google Maps, James is delighted to once again call Happy Valley his home. With a background in science and technology, James is skilled at using market data and analytics to be a strong advocate for his clients. Owns several investments(multi unit rental and mixed use in Bellefonte and State College) so he understands the commercial and investment property world. Lives and works in State College so has a wealth of knowledge about the residential property market.
