ZillowVERIFIED James was very knowledgeable and excellent about communicating and keeping me informed. I could tell he works very hard and all aspects of his job and it shows. He kept us organized and good at reminding us what to do to keep the multiple sales moving forward. He also was very considerate during the covid-19 situations and making sure we were comfortable on different situations. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED James was such a pleasure to work with. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We never felt pressure from him. I was especially grateful to James when we were looking for a new home. He really has an eye for what is good in a house and what will need some work. We were so impressed with James and his awesome marketing capabilities. The video he produced was Hollywood quality. We had a contract on our house in 48 hours, all during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Go with James, you will be glad that you did!

ZillowVERIFIED We didn?t pick the greatest time to list a house, but James still made the process easy. We definitely bugged him way more than we should have, and he alway got back to us quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED James sold my home for above asking, and before the first open house! From day one he was an excellent communicator, kept me in the loop and explained every step of the process. He made a stressful situation streamlined, professional, and dare I say easy? Call him! You won?t be disappointed. His team of the home stagers did an absolutely beautiful job as well (I had to find out where there items were from to use in my next home!!). I highly recommend James and his entire team.

ZillowVERIFIED James sold our condo for us and we were beyond grateful! My husband and I had moved out of state and were stressed about selling it as the market wasn?t fantastic in that area, but we knew we wanted to sell because we wouldn?t be moving back. James made the listing look beautiful and communicated with us during the entire process so we knew what was going on. Our condo sold quickly and we still feel so grateful that it?s all taken care of! Highly recommend James and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with James. Our house was under contract, for more than asking price, in less than 48 hours from listing and the 30 day close was efficient and went as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED JAMES CALLED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REFERRAL, AND WAS RELENTLESS IN LOOKING FOR PROPERTIES TO SHOW. HE FOUND NUMEROUS PROPERTIES, SHOWED WHENEVER WE ASKED, AND FOUND A PROPERTY QUICKLY AND HELPED US CLOSE THE SALE. AFTER THE SALE, HIS FOLLOW UP WAS GREAT, HELPED WITH QUESTIONS,INSPECTION, AND HELPED FACILITATE THE SETTLEMENT. WE WIL USE HIM AGAIN

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were very nervous to begin the home buying process. We feel very fortunate to have found James, as he was absolutely crucial to the process for us. We never felt as if we were on anyones timetable other than ours and he made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. We had very specific desires regarding a new home and we were never asked to compromise those desires or made to feel we were being unreasonable. This led to the home search being spread over almost a full year. James remained attentive, respectful and diligent throughout. Many times throughout the search he gave straightforward advice about one house or the other that we factored in to our decision-making and looking back, we can say with the utmost confidence he kept us from making some poor decisions without ever making us feel as if our inexperience was a bother to him. When we finally found the home we wanted, he was never anything less than our devoted advocate, fighting to ensure we were treated fairly and continuing to give objective and sage advice on how to proceed. He always negotiated on our behalf in good faith and kept us informed every step of the way. We settled on the property with him sitting right next to us. We not only know that we found a real estate professional we can trust but also feel as if we have gained a true friend. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a home but especially to home buyers or sellers who may be intimidated by the process and/ or skeptical about the people in the industry. We have the utmost confidence that he would treat everyone as he treated us and ensure they found exactly what they were looking for without being made to feel pressured. He is the reason we are now living in our dream home and we will continue to refer him to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED James is a highly motivated realtor who will work for your best interests. He helped me with the purchase of my first home, and I was very happy to have him as my agent for the experience. He gave me guidance but also respected my desires and opinions. Because of that, I got a great deal as well as making sure the seller completed all repairs.

ZillowVERIFIED I would (and do, frequently) recommend James to investors/first time buyers that I come across every chance I get. I'm confident I will continue to do so in the future given his ability to perform at a high level for an extended period of time. Not to mention his dedication and ability to succeed in helping others achieve their goals while raising a family of his own. I highly recommend James and would recommend using this review as a deciding factor when contemplating which agent to use. Hands down one of the better experiences we've had! Thank you for everything James, you are truly one of a kind.
