My first purchase was a house in Mansfield that I turned into a rental, then another in Arlington, then another in Mansfield, and it grew from there. That investor's mindset never left me. When most agents see a property that needs work, they steer the owner toward a quick sale to a wholesaler or investor - leaving real money on the table. I do the opposite. Drawing on years of hands-on renovation experience, I can act as a general contractor for my clients, maximizing a property's value before it ever hits the market. That means you share in the profit of the finished product instead of handing it to an investor.

Where I work:

I know DFW intimately - Johnson, Parker, Wise, Denton, Tarrant, Ellis, Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, and Kaufman counties - and I'm expanding into Van Zandt. Raised in Arlington, this isn't a market I studied; it's home. Having grown up with my family's Circle B Stables, I also bring real farm-and-ranch expertise most agents can't.
