ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a total pleasure working with James to purchase an absolute gem of a home! In our search he was able to find houses that matched what we were looking for, then work with us to create a buying strategy tailored to our financial situation. He provided a very honest description of the current market for buyers and navigated the buying process with ease. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial, and very flexible to arrange showings that worked for us. We plan to be in our current home for some time, but when/if we decide to move again, we would surely look to work with James again. Once we were ready to sell our old house, James handled nearly everything. From the initial listing, to showings, to sorting bids, James took practically all of the stress out of selling a home. His referrals for house-staging and junk removal were spot on, and he just really knew what it took to get the most for the house with the least amount of investment. Once a bid was accepted, all we had to do was let the lawyers and underwriters to do their work and wait for the check. We would absolutely recommend James to any other potential buyers or sellers!

ZillowVERIFIED Now that we are finally starting to get settled in- THANK YOU so much James! We just love the new house!! Absolutely love it. It?s been fun making it all our own. Tons of work to do but all a labor of love to make this house our home. At our old home each project was with the knowledge we would eventually sell but for this one we get to do it just how we want it!! You have been amazing to work! For both selling and buying you made the process as easy and seamless as possible. Your communication has always been prompt and you always had the info we needed to make decisions. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Back in 2001 I purchased my first home?I was just weeks away from celebrating my 24th birthday! I raised my son and God daughter in this house that quickly became our HOME once we moved in! We made so many memories in this home with so many amazing friends. Life threw us some unexpected bumps in our road many years later resulting in me selling our home. We moved on and closed that chapter of our life?or so we thought! Several years later, I found out that our HOME was up for sale. I couldnt believe it?do i buy it back???? Well I did just that and I couldn?t have done it without James! James went above and beyond by working so hard to make this deal go through! James spent hours in negotiations with the seller (well into the night) doing everything he could to make my offer be the one that was accepted! I cant thank you enough James ?? Thank you for helping me get my HOME back for my family so that we can continue to make more memories in the home we were meant to be in!

ZillowVERIFIED James was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful during the process of buying my first plot of land. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and was able to answer all of the questions that came up for me throughout the process, which was not a simple one. Its so helpful to have someone to communicate with the buyers agent and attorneys when youre inexperienced as I was. Plus hes 100% honest, which is rare nowadays. I feel lucky to have found James and to have him on my side while I search for my first home!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started looking at houses last year. As you know with this crazy market it was challenging. James was always great at going to showings with us but never made us feel ?pressured? to put an offer on anything if we weren?t feeling it was ?ours?. Eventually we decided to build and he helped secure our lot and he connected us with a local builder for our home!! He?s prompt with communication and kept us updated throughout the process of the land becoming our. We?re very thankful for all his help through the wild ride!!

ZillowVERIFIED James went the extra mile while helping us buy our home remotely. He worked quickly to help get our bid accepted among many other offers at the same time. He drove a long distance to meet us at the property multiple times. James is very professional and has a great sense of humor. We are hoping to make another purchase with James soon!

ZillowVERIFIED James is a thorough professional and was very friendly, collaborative and responsive throughout. We were living outside of NY and could only manage a couple of of 5 day-visits to FLX / Western NY region over a 2-month period. James helped us coordinate all the prospective house tours within the time constraints and sometimes spent his entire day with us going from one house to the other. Bottomline - James puts his Clients interests first!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I ALWAYS read reviews of products and services with a grain of salt. I also dont write as many reviews as I should, but my experience with James is different. James helped me and my partner buy our first home and made the whole process a cinch! Due to the current housing market I didnt expect to find what I wanted (and could afford). I had 4 months before my (expensive) apartment lease expired... James & Team made it happen in 2. I was even able to agree to a 30 day post-close possession so the buyer had the time to settle on their new home out of state. The closing happened in 30 days! My head was spinning LOL I was referred to James through a co-worker and am glad I was! Working with James was a pleasure throughout the entire process. After seeing a few properties my offer was accepted on the 2nd home, and by following James guidance was able to make my offer the most attractive to the seller. James is highly recommended if you are ready to buy or sell. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Thanks James!

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I even begin? As a first time home buyer, James made this experience INCREDIBLE and I will never forget that. Throughout this journey, in this crazy market, James was there to support us through it all. He was always a call or text away to answer all of our questions and concerns (no matter what time it was). Every house we looked at, he was upfront and honest about any red flags we should be aware of as well as benefits each house could offer us. He was patient with us and always diligent. He never let us settle and was determined to get us into the house of our dreams. Mission accomplished! Aside from being a great realtor, James is a great person. He cares for his clients and has such a positive outlook that it?s contagious. There?s no one I would trust more to sell or purchase my home. I cannot recommend him enough!
