They understood our requirements, took care of all things necessary for selling (we took their gold package), from all house/window cleanings to minor repairs/paint jobs etc, plus of course listing, professional staging, professional photography (really nice with virtual tours!), advertising/marketing and other backend work/documentation. In 2016, Jameel and Ramez helped me purchase and new home in Dublin as well as selling my other home at the same time. Ramez has to be one of the most friendliest realtors i know coz house after house and sometimes 3 a day every day, he would greet me with a smile every time. He would work around his schedule and accommodate my requests even on weekends. He took time to understand the needs of my family and always put that first. He gave great advice on bidding for the home in terms of comps, offer presentation etc. We only bid for two homes and got both, i ended up choosing the 2nd one. In a sellers market, i would say that this was pretty incredible!! Jameel managed the closing, Right from the get go, he was very helpful, He was super organized which really helped me in preparing for the documents.
