ZillowVERIFIED Jake was the listing agent for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new one. We never met him face to face. Our only contact was via text and phone calls, which I thought was a bit odd. He was knowledgeable and helpful during the initial negotiations. Our home sold within a couple days of listing. I felt like once the price negotiations were done, he sort of forgot about us. I had to nag him to find abut where we were in the process and to get answers to questions I had posed. The sales of both homes eventually closed. I never heard from him directly when they did close and have not heard from him even once since. I guess I expected more communication in the home stretch from the "guy in charge". I will say that Dave and Janan were very attentive and quick to respond. I appreciated that.

Due to a previous poor experience with a realtor we were skeptical about picking the right realtor for the purchase of our home. From the first conversation we had with Jake we knew he would be fantastic, he took the time to figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home. I was dreading commuting from Prescott to Phoenix to look at houses but Jake filtered through homes based on our preferences and did not waste our time looking at houses that would not fit us. ZillowVERIFIED In November 2013 I decided to short sale my home. I contacted Jake on the phone, and we began to speak about the process and how long a short sale would take. I decided to proceed with Jake and by middle of the year 2014 he had a buyer. However because of my unique situation I had 2 lenders to deal with, to agree to the short sale. Jake and his Team member tired having both banks agree to short sake, upon records request and running around the bush. The major load agreed upon sealing the home vs the smaller loan disagreed and denied the short sale mind you I was still making mortgage payments to both lenders. ( Not in Default ) So I ended up losing the person of interest to buy my house. Jake and his team continued to work their magic and submit tons of hours to my needs on selling the home. By the New Year 2015, I couldn't pay my mortgage and I stopped paying my bills. That's when Jake set me up on a phone consult with a Mortgage Lawyer and I was able to ask all the important question and what would happen to me financially an for taxes season. Finally by March 2015, Jake found another buyer for my property, Jake and his team resubmitted all paper work to both lenders, It was still difficult to get the lenders to agree, But they ended up agreeing. ZillowVERIFIED If you want your house sold as quickly as possible, for highest amount possible, hire Jake Wright! From the first time I spoke with Jake, I knew he meant business. I shouldn't have been surprised, then, at the speed and voracity with which he moved to get our house sold. Our house needed serious cosmetic attention. It was empty on a Saturday, and within seven days, Jake's team had new paint, carpet, and tile in the house and on the market. Within 36 hours, we had two offers on the house over asking price. Financing fell through on the buyer's side the next week, but Jake had two more offers by the end of the following weekend, even higher over asking price! We got more out of our house than we could have hoped. This is a huge decision, and you need to use someone that will help you immensely. Jake is that person.

ZillowVERIFIED I was browsing Zillow in a neighborhood near my house that I was interested in. I saw a house that I thought looked nice, and Jake was the listing agent. I called him and told him I wasn't really house shopping, and hadn't looked at any houses, but I wanted to see this one. He set up a showing with me, and I fell in love with the house. I had no buyers agent, my house wasn't up for sale, and I was totally unprepared to buy. Although I was pretty familiar with financial transactions, there were pieces of the real estate process that I were totally foreign to me, and Jake walked me through it all carefully, explaining everything to me in the level of detail that I wanted. He offered to come take a look at my house and give me a sense of how it would fare in the market because I was nervous about putting an offer on this new house. He told me that he really believed it would sell quickly based on the area, condition, and price. I was skeptical, but pushed forward anyway. Jake represented both the buyer (me) and the seller on the house I bought, and then I agreed to have him represent me on the sale of my house as well. I couldn't be happier that he handled everything for me, cradle to grave. The purchase of my new house was smooth as ice. Jake was always available to handle my phone calls, and his counterparts David and Janan were always on top of everything. Shortly after my offer on the new house was made and accepted, Jake put my house up for sale. He uses a professional photographer that really took outstanding pictures, and my house hit the market on a Thursday night. Between Friday and Sunday, I had 16 showings set up, and had received 8 offers by Sunday night. (no kidding) My house sold in three days for $7,000 over my asking price, with no concessions. While this is certainly unusual in any market, Jake handled the inundation of phonecalls and offers masterfully, and guided me through the process to find the right buyer for home. Everything closed on time for both homes, and it was by far the smoothest real estate transaction anyone could ever hope for.
