Make sure you have a clear understanding of all the documents you’ll be signing, and don’t hesitate to ask questions or request clarifications. 7. Invest in Professional Marketing Professional photos are a must I have a professional photographer come out and take photos at no cost to my sellers. Use virtual tours or drone footage if applicable. Leverage social media, online listings, and open houses for maximum exposure. 5. Be Flexible With Showings Make your home as easy to show as possible — the more people who see it, the better your chances. Keep it clean and ready for last-minute showings. If you have pets, try to remove them during showings. 6. Be Prepared to Negotiate Stay emotionally detached — treat it as a business transaction. Be open to reasonable offers and contingencies, and listen to your agent’s guidance on what’s fair.
