We are convinced that our bid on the house we bought would not have been accepted over others that were higher had it not been for Jake.The letter we wrote to the sellers was his idea and it convinced them that we were the most suitable buyers among the many interested parties they had. From that point on, Jake remained available to help us see the purchase to fruition. His advice and manner, always respectful and considerate, yet forthright and focused, kept us on task during the difficult period when a buyer is in limbo about the conveyance of the mortgage. At settlement, Jake made certain that we got our utility service up and running before we left the office and he offered to assist us in our future needs with the rental property we now owned. One last thing-- Jake is a great listener. Never did we feel that he hadn't heard our concerns and he always addressed them immediately.
