We wanted to make sure we weren't getting in over our heads, and Jake helped us navigate the whole process in a confident and low-stress manner. He was very responsive, always seemed to have the time needed to devote to our real estate transaction, helped navigate the uncertainties, and was a great advocate for what we needed out of the deal. We can't recommend Jake highly enough. In fact, our nephew will be a first-time homebuyer and so we gave Jake the best compliment: a referral.
