ZillowVERIFIEDJake Miller is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is relaxed and professional. Every time that we encountered a rude agent or a difficult situation, he navigated it easily and quickly. Negotiated my offer and saved me about 20k on my close. He is very responsive, calls you back very promptly, is available and easy to communicate with.Jake is super knowledgable with real estate- he pointed out issues with properties and made contractor recommendations. Jake recommended me turning down properties that he didn't think were in my best interest, he is not a pushy sales person. Highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jake is an excellent agent! I gave him a heads up that we wanted to sell our condo. He came over the very same day to walk the unit. Jake has also been a great resource during the process of building our new house. My wife and I would highly recommend Jake, and we look forward to doing more business in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jake did a great job finding us our dream home and making sure we got what we wanted. I feel in this market your agent needs to be aggressive and Jake did jus that

ZillowVERIFIED Jake helped me find my house around five years ago and it's absolutely perfect. As part of the process he fully took into consideration my needs and preferences, including price, and found the best possible fit. I'm thrilled and couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Jake was patient with us as we were first time home buyers. He showed us many properties and helped us find a home we love. He was responsive to texts and emails and helped answer our questions quickly. The next time we are in the market to buy or sell a house we plan to work with Jake again.
