They always make themselves available and even worked with us to put in an offer on a tight deadline at 11 pm on a Friday night. We were looking in a tight and competitive market, and Jake and Emilie were super knowledgeable about putting together attractive offers that were still within our comfort zone. We live out of state now and buying and selling is stressful anyway. Not this time...especially being out of town. They staged, and cleaned and got the house tip top shape from tenants as well as did an open house and advertised in updated avenues. We are so happy with them and impressed with the follow thru, personal attention to detail and awesome communication. Our home had an offer in this market after only 4 days. Thanks guys!!
