We cant thank Jake enough for everything he did for us throughout both the selling and buying process. What could have been a very stressful experience felt smooth and manageable every step of the way, and we always felt confident that he had our best interests in mind. Toward the end, things got a little complicated, at no fault of Jake, but Jake stayed on top of everything, communicated promptly, and made sure it all came together for everyone involved. His professionalism, optimism, communication, and dedication really stood out. Were incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and care he put into helping us get into our dream home. We truly couldnt have done it without him and would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jake was amazing. He was very patient and honest with us. This was a long process for us but Jake never put us on the back burner. We started back in May and ran into many difficulties none of which were Jake's problem. In fact, if it weren't for Jake we would probably not have been able to close this sale. He was always on top of changes and held others to his high standards. Jake is very knowledgeable about the area and the market trends. He is friendly to everyone but not a pushover. He definitely gets the job done. He goes above and beyond! We would use him again!

Jake was amazing! He knows the area and is an excellent negotiator. We listed our home with him. We didn't go with a discounted commission from another broker but went with Jake. Jake ended up earning his commission and got us a higher price. We are glad we went with Remax and Jake. If you are going to higher an attorney or doctor you want the best. I guess it's the same with Realtors. Jake @ Remax is the best.

If you are looking for your forever home Jake is definitely the man for the job! He is the upmost professional realtor but he makes you family! He listened to what my husband and I were looking for and found us exactly what we wanted! He puts in the time and is always there if you have questions.
