Pricing your home right and marketing it correctly from the start are the two most important things when selling your home. If your home remains on the market for more than 30 days, it is likely to attract offers lower than your initial asking price.

Recently I helped a client sell their ranch in West Babylon for $55,000 over the asking price. They were hesitant at first with the list price that I recommended, but with my pricing, marketing, negotiation and communication skills, we were able to sell the home for $855,000 in under 2 weeks. My client was very satisfied and has given me 2 referrals since we closed on his home.
While studying Finance at Mercy College, I found an internship in the city at a Real Estate firm. With the knowledge I learned from that experience, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate on Long Island.
After graduating at the top of my class in 2019, I found Keller Williams. After my first interview with them, I felt very comfortable and at home at Keller Williams Realty Elite.
With the knowledge and training they provided, I developed a solid understanding of the homebuying and selling process, which I now find relatively straightforward.
