ZillowVERIFIEDJake was extremely insightful throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time homebuyer there was a lot of nerves that came with the concept of buying a house. Jake took a lot of time to make sure we saw all the Indianapolis neighborhoods and understood what the pros and cons of each individual house were. Highly suggest you give Jake a call if you?re thinking about buying a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jake always treats his clients with his upmost respect and attention. Jake goes above and beyond the expectations of a realtor and you truly feel like he cares for you as a personal friend. I never felt as if Jake was in it for the commission and as the client, almost felt bad for taking so much of his time. Jake was extremely thorough and informed at every step of the process; from showing homes, to evaluating homes, to making offers on homes. Would certainly recommend Jake with the highest degree of confidence.

ZillowVERIFIED Jake was an incredible agent who worked tirelessly to make the buying process easier for us. He helped walk us through the ins and outs of the buying process as we viewed anywhere from 8-10 different houses on the northside of Indianapolis. He gave honest, candid opinions on the houses we looked at and even helped us understand what we were looking for better. Jake was extremely helpful and transparent regarding the financing and was always willing to explain aspects we were unfamiliar with. Overall, Jake was prompt in returning calls or questions, professional in all aspects, and extremely knowledgable of the industry and area. 10/10 recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Jake went above and beyond for our family! He worked hard to find us the home that fit us the best and fit our needs. He did the legwork when we struggle to find something that was already on the market. He was able to find us a wonderful home that hadn?t been on the market yet! The whole process was extremely simple and went so smoothly. I would tell anyone that I know to go with Jake Hemrick for all of their reality needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not recommend Jake enough. I am a single man who is 58 and was looking to purchase a home. Jake was referred by a friend of my daughter. I am old enough that Jake could be my son. Jake is extremely knowledgeable about the markets, home issues and financing matters. He really cares about his clients. He is extremely professional and on top of things and so very helpful. I learned a great deal from Jake and thoroughly enjoyed this process and highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Jake was very helpful in our house search. He was engaging, informative, and positive throughout the entire process. During our house viewings and through conversations, at time Jake felt like a friend and not just our realtor. I would highly recommend him as a guide in a home search.

ZillowVERIFIED Jake is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to real estate. As a first time home buyer the idea of buying a house can be daunting. He worked with me every step of the way as I took one of the biggest steps in my life. His communication is great and he walked me through everything and never failed to answer the million questions I must have asked him. I fully intend to go through Jake when it comes time to buy again. I also refer all of my friends and family to him.
