ZillowVERIFIED Update: Bottom line: Owners and Renters should avoid at all costs. Jake and his team reached out to me blaming the owner for everything. Jake took no accountability for his own actions or the actions of his team. He also attempted to get me to take this review down by offering a refund. Which is an indication of how little he is paying attention to his team because he should know that there is nothing to refund. --------------------------- Original review: I found a house listed for rent by Jake. It took 3 days of attempting to contact him, only for him to send me to his assistant who took another day to respond. 4 days to get the application, which I submitted a hour later. It was then ignored for 5 days and only processed after I reached out 3 times. I finally gave up after Jake promised to get back to me with important information for processing the application by the morning, but I received no word until the afternoon. Overall, if you are planning on using Jake Geckler's team to list your property at all, just be aware that their lack of timely communication and professionalism lost at least 1 motivated transaction.

I contacted him and from the first day I knew he was the right person to help me find a place. We were on a tight budget which limited our selection. Jake would update me when any place was in our area and budget. He was quick to get in contact with the seller and get us into a property quick.
