ZillowVERIFIED Clearly the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever dealt with over our many years of buying and selling houses! She took care of us in a first class way from start to finish. We felt like we were buying a mansion rather than a modestly priced house. She is a professional in every way who really knows the business and is always looking out for you. On top of that she is a wonderful person who cares about people. She has earned our highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Jaimi was amazing! She sold my ranch for me and then I bought a house with her. She goes above and beyond, follows through, calls you back, and is one of the most professional realtors Ive ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED I am truly happy to post a review for Jaimi. We met Jaimi when she showed our home twice to prospective buyers. We were listed with a different agent. Jaimis professional manner and warm personality won us over immediately. Several months later we called her and asked her to list our home. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and knowledge were 100%. When our home sold she helped us find a home 5 hours away, she definitely does what it takes and more!

ZillowVERIFIED Jaimi is wonderful to work with. I have purchased homes or properties 5-8 times and have found working with Jaimi to be my favorite experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, stays on the 'hunt' and really listens to what I am looking for. She also throws ideas and other options in, just in case. This search only took me three months, but I couldn't be happier with what I purchased and the closing experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently went through the process of selling and buying a home and I was so stressed. When we reached out to Jaimi, she was instantly so inviting and started working right away. She has the best get up and go personality for her career, she is on it 24/7 and always available. There was never any lag time, she constantly kept us updated and I never felt like I was waiting on her to get things accomplished. She is so kind and is willing to jump backwards for her clients and never makes you feel like a burden. We loved working with her and will recommend her to anyone, she makes the process so easy, is very honest and down to earth. We will definitely reach out to Jaimi again when the time comes!

ZillowVERIFIED Jaimi helped us secure land near Capitol Reef National Park, which is limited and difficult to secure. This was our first time buying raw land and Jaimis knowledgeable on the area, what to investigate as a part of the due diligence period, and local connections made all the difference. Her communication and follow through is the best Ive experienced, and is a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a second home in St George. I had mentioned to Jaimi what we were looking for. SHE WAS ON TOP OF IT RIGHT AWAY! Jaimi was sending listing to me daily and saw exactly what I was looking for and immediately called me. She did practically everything for us during the process and we even closed during Covid without a glitch. I highly recommend Jaimi Payne! She is THE BEST! ??
