She has excellent knowledge of the area and was able to help us negotiate our land purchase in September 2019. We listed our house with Jaime in July of 2020 and had multiple offers within 4 days. She always communicated with us throughout the purchase of our land and the selling of our house. Jaime was always available to talk when we had questions. She is a true professional. We did more research and then invited Jaime to appraise our house.
