Jaime and her team are exceptional in their communication beginning with weekly updates that outline showings and responses to those showings. The attention to detail was stellar. Even more, whenever I had questions or concerns, Jaime was available for a timely response. I am a busy professional and often had to reach out in the evening or on weekends but always heard back from her quickly. Most important in this case, I was assisting my elderly parents with the sale of their home of 62 years. Jaime was very patient and warm in her interactions with them for which I am tremendously grateful. I have recommended this agency to a few of my friends that are thinking of buying a home, and specifically told them to ask for Jessica Gomez and Jaime Ashley Campos. Jessica prepared me with very detailed questions about what we were looking for, what our wants are versus what our needs are and made our search a little more laser focused. Her patience was even more appreciated when things kept changing throughout our viewings, which is expected apparently. I cant even count how many times I apologized for our constant change of mind. But she calmed us down and explained how this is going to be your home and wanted us to be sure we were getting the home wanted. Never pressured us through out. Jaime and her staff made sure we signed our papers, returned our phone calls and emails the same day, and made sure we didnt miss any deadlines. They were very knowledgeable and made sure everything stayed on schedule throughout the entire home-buying process. ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time buyer home buyer, I had no clue where to start so I figured if I could get a good agent...the rest would take care of itself. Enter Jaime Campos. I made several phone calls and left messages over a 3 day time span to other agents.; no one answered their phone or called me back. Jaime answered her phone after the second ring. From that very first call, she has been a freaking rockstar! She told me she would text me some information when we hung up.....and she did! Follow through is important to me. Not only did she answer the phone.....but she texted me like she said she would?!? I was hooked. Jaime is so patient. I must have asked a million and two questions and she never made me feel like an idiot. She is knowledgeable and very professional with a great sense of humor. Which I sense is important with this job. I have a newfound respect for real estate agents after this process because I have found myself wanting to scream and curse several times of the last couple months. We finally closed after a couple of delays and through it all, Jaime had my back. While I understand she is in this business to make a living....I never got the impression that it was just about making the sale. I believe she cared about me making a good investment...both short and long term. Jaime has a great team of people and literally everyone she has recommended to me for a service has been as awesome as Jaime. You can't go wrong with her. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a huge headache and call Jaime. She is absolutely worth it!
