We had been ready to buy for a while but not actively looking, however one day we just went ahead and went to an open house and decided we wanted to submit an offer. We contacted Jaime and he was able to get us a pre approval in less than two days in order for us to submit what felt like a very spontaneous offer. Though we submitted a couple more offers before finding our home, he was always readily available and extremely responsive.
