ZillowVERIFIED Jaime was professional and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Jamie contacted me initially by phone to inquire about my general ideas. He showed me homes within my budget, even in a seller?s market, and also those above my budget, to show me what my wish list would cost. In the cold months of January and February, he stood on long lines as we toured open houses and suggested reasonable offers after doing research on the neighboring comps. His research helped me to put forward a winning offer in a sellers market. When many homes were unavailable in a very competitive market, he suggested alternate comparable homes nearby. He answered many calls at various hours of the day. He was always very responsive and patient with all of my many questions and fears as a first time home buyer. He suggested helpful tips on future maintenance of the home. He thought of creative ways that the purchase could be profitable for me as a homeowner. He also helped me decide between homes when I secured multiple accepted offers. He was willing to attend showings when I was unavailable in order for me to appear virtually. He provided assistance in every area of the process including financing, inspections, negotiations, potential tax grievances, available rebates, and of course the closing. He also provided guidance on state programs, whether or not they were available to me. After closing, he remained helpful and ready to assist with home maintenance questions. He was most helpful with many anecdotes from prior clients, which helped to ease any concerns as they arose. I would recommend him to other family and friends as they engage in the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jaime and his group efficiently advertised the sale of the home, reaping over 50 visitors to our open house dates despite inclement weather, of which at least 5 made viable offers, with our accepted offer being within only 4 K of asking price, which in fact was our true target. He dealt with other agents promptly and kept on top of perspectives to insure not to lose their interest, and as advertised, was able to bring us an offer and to contract within a short time frame. I chose Jaime, out of 6 brokers who were competing for the sale of my home. I chose him because his discussions were sincere, he treated me and my level of knowledge with respect, did not oversell himself as others did, was easily reachable, and stayed in frequent contact, while I was making my selection... Jaime continued to assist with house sale related items up through the turnover of the keys to the new owner. When I was faced with not being able to complete agreed to work in time, Jaime was able to engage a contractor to assist, on one day notice and not only were they efficient and experienced, but the did not gouge me on the price of the work. ZillowVERIFIED Jaime is a pleasure to deal with. I spent about 20 minutes talking to him on the phone, explaining what we were looking for. I thought my need to be near public transportation would be a big roadblock. That same night Jaime sent me 12 listings, 9 of which we wanted to see. It was obvious that he listened to what we told him and totally got it. The very next day Jaime accompanied us to open houses. His laid back demeanor in pointing both good and bad out in each property was welcomed. After 2 weeks we had put in several offers and are now awaiting to go to contract on a home we love. Jaime has been there every step of the way with great knowledge and advise.
