She is extremely familiar with the greater Kansas City area and housing scene, and knows a host of reliable home professionals from painters to inspectors to lawyers (several contractors we used during the process and they all did great work). Jadean is prompt in all communication, poised and professional while also warm and friendly, and made us feel that she had our best interest at heart. She will offer her expert advice when asked, but always puts the ball back in the homeowners' court and respects their decisions. Because of Jadean's help, we sold our prior home quickly and found the new home of our dreams! We could not have done this without her and are so glad we chose her as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jadean did an amazing job both selling our house and finding us the perfect next house. She helped us with advice and contractors to prep our house for sale to get top dollar. For purchase she handled all the negotiations and details. She coordinated with the homes association to make sure we had approval to add a fence before submitting our offer, something we didnt even know we could do in advance and would have passed on the property without her proactive approach. I highly recommend her!!!

She explained it in detail so I could understand. When following her to see homes, she stayed at a good speed so I could keep up with her. I'd definitely recommend Jadean to friends!

The housing market in KC is very intense but Jadean continually provided us excellent listings that met our criteria. The house we bought is one Jadean discovered that met all our needs even though features were buried in the listing information and could easily have been overlooked. Although we were half way across the country, Jadean maintained good communication with us and scheduled her time to meet with us when we could be in Kansas City.

She is very organized and knows her local area very well. All our questions are answered and if she can't give an answer right away, she will research and get back to us ASAP! After the sale, she even showed me around the area and recommended restaurants, groceries, doctor, dentist and even a hairdresser! A complete service indeed. ZillowVERIFIED Jadean was an outstanding real estate agent. She was the perfect fit for my husband and I. She went above and beyond to help us relocate from the Chicagoland area to Overland Park. We had to move quickly and Jadean made it a smooth transition. She listened to all of our wants and needs and worked diligently to find us our dream home. She took time away from her own family for an entire weekend to show us over 18 homes and when we returned a few days later she was ready to look again. It was overwhelming for my husband and I to see so many houses, but we felt like we left no stone unturned. Jadean helped us narrow down our choices because she was very knowledgeable about the schools, and neighborhoods. Once we found our dream home Jadean was a fantastic negotiator and was with us every step of the way. There was never a time that she did not answer her phone when we called and has continued to check up on us and even offered suggestions for good doctors, restaurants etc. We could not have done it without Jadean and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
