Jadean has been a delight to work with in selling our home and buying a new one. She is extremely familiar with the greater Kansas City area and housing scene, and knows a host of reliable home professionals from painters to inspectors to lawyers (several contractors we used during the process and they all did great work). Jadean is prompt in all communication, poised and professional while also warm and friendly, and made us feel that she had our best interest at heart. She will offer her expert advice when asked, but always puts the ball back in the homeowners' court and respects their decisions. Because of Jadean's help, we sold our prior home quickly and found the new home of our dreams! We could not have done this without her and are so glad we chose her as our realtor.

Jadean did an amazing job both selling our house and finding us the perfect next house. She helped us with advice and contractors to prep our house for sale to get top dollar. For purchase she handled all the negotiations and details. She coordinated with the homes association to make sure we had approval to add a fence before submitting our offer, something we didnt even know we could do in advance and would have passed on the property without her proactive approach. I highly recommend her!!!

Jadean always greeted me/us with a smile. She is very knowledgeable about house and appliances. There was a radon mitigator put in my home. I did not know what that was. She explained it in detail so I could understand. When following her to see homes, she stayed at a good speed so I could keep up with her. I'd definitely recommend Jadean to friends!
