ZillowVERIFIED I used Jade previously to purchase my first home in 2018. This year, I decided to sell that condo, and purchase a house with my partner. When I thought about selling, I instantly thought of using Jade and no one else. Our experience in purchasing our new home was a lot more complex than the prior condo purchase but Jade was extremely professional, helpful at every turn, and went out of her way to make my experience as smooth as possible. She also provided a lot of emotional support to us as we were working from home in the property we were trying to sell... in the middle of a pandemic. She got our condo under contract multiple times when buyers fell through, and helped us with the purchase of our new home at the same time. Although I told her this is the LAST place I am buying... I'm sure we will see her again in a few years!

So fast forward 4 years to the present we have 4 years of marriage under our belts, we have a 3 year old daughter and a puppy, so with our growing family we out grew our first house very fast. Let me tell you Jade defiantly does not disappoint. As we were growing out of our first home in Hebron and considering making the move, we chose to use Jade as she came with excellent reviews. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. Before the for sale sign was even in the yard and pictures were posted on the internet, Jade had found a buyer that made us an offer slightly above what we thought we could list our home for. With our house being sold, now came the stress of finding a new home. Jade was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the Northern Kentucky real estate market, showing us homes in Hebron, Union, Burlington, and Florence. She was a great resource when it came to the pros and cons of each area. She was also very up front about each house that we saw, pointing out things she saw that helped us make our decision. Ultimately, we chose to purchase a new home in Hebron and could not be more happy with the decision. Jade was great to work with throughout the entire process and we are very grateful for all her work in making this an extremely painless process.

She makes sure you know what you have to do and ensures it is done on time. She's the best.

She had amazing ideas, was very easy to work with, and you know she's honest. Additionally, she was very patient with us. Jade guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions along the way. When working with a realtor, I'd imagine most people look for someone who knows what they're doing, someone who is personable, fun, and easy to get along with. Most importantly, you want someone you can count on with confidence to get you the most out of your home-buying experience and maximize your selling or purchasing potential. ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time buyer working the weirdest, least consistent schedule ever when Jade was referred to me by my coworker. Jade was super accommodating to my needs and let me see all sorts of different properties. She even stayed up super late to help me get an offer submitted. I felt like I was really putting her through the ringer with my constant schedule changes and trying to decide what property type would work best for me, but if that was the case she never let it show. Jade balanced everything with true skill and when I am ready to move on, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. She has a great sense of humor and was very realistic with me. I never felt confused about our process because she was always there for me. She even helped my mom and I get in contact with contractors for home renovations. If you need someone who will truly take time to educate you, reassure you, and continually support you through the buying or selling process, Jade is your girl!

In 2 very active house hunting days she found our "forever home!" She listened very well to our wants and needs so with her skills was able to find us the right home! I did sell by owner, but she made sure I had everything I needed from the buyer and wrote the contracts to ensure I was covered. While assisting me with the selling process she also worked diligently to help me find a new home. The entire process was a very quick and trying turn around, with many bumps along the way, but she did her best to ensure I was getting the service I deserved and that everything went smoothly. My fiancA(C) and I had come to quickly learn that the process is as tedious as people say regardless of how simple you think it might be and how much homework you have done yourself. Jade was recommended to us through a networking group of those who had success working with her. We had decided to purchase our home in the rural area of Southeast Indiana, and although the area was a newer territory for Jade, she was thorough and extensive in her knowledge of the real estate out there. If there were any questions we had (which were quite a few!) she was honest; if she did not have the answer, she never hesitated to admit that and then would go research for us. As much as we fear our thousand questions and emails perhaps stressed them out, she made for a much less stressful experience. We had some setbacks with a listing that had been removed from the market that nobody knew about, including the listing agent, but it was a blessing in disguise because right after that I found the perfect home for me and my daughters. She is also articulate, which is something you don't really think about until you deal with an agent who is not as well-spoken or grammatically correct in their communication.
