She helped us focus on fixing the items that would give us the most value for our house and offered great advice to get the house ready for prospective buyers who looked at our house and say Wow, I could just move straight into this place! The photos and drone footage made the house look like a million dollars and we were able to get multiple offers above the list price on the first weekend we opened it. In the end, we sold the house for $26k more than the list price, with no contingency and 60 days occupancy. It was a dream offer! With Jades great knowledge of market trends, she convinced us to sell the house right before interest rates spiked, the sellers market turned into a buyers market and the value of our house dropped. We could not recommend Jade enough and you will be in safe hands if you choose her as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding a good realtor is difficult, and in a new area where you dont know anyone for references adds to that. When my wife and I planned a move to the Ann Arbor area, I began my search the same as you, with Zillow. I weeded out many and decided on three to contact. Then my home area realtor, who knows us well, did a realtor-type research, interviewed a few possible, and came back to us with one name, Jade Mazzola, one of the names on my list (note: I had not shared with the home area realtor;). Sounded like an easy choice.Beyond knowledgeable, knowing the market area, professionalism, etc., a good personality match is also important. We can be a bit difficult and homebuying can multiple that. Add in that the prefect house did not exist for us right from the get-go as my wife and I had a fairly different idea of what that may be.Jade handled all of our questions, comments, concerns extremely well. She was VERY quick in responding, a big plus. We talked and looked at a few houses and Jade got a better idea of us and what may work for both.After successfully finding a home in a much shorter time span than we had planned, she helped us negotiate an attractive offer in a hot market that we were comfortable with. Success again. An inspection revealed a few concerns and Jade again helped us re-negotiate. Perhaps more importantly, she was able to give us names of contractors, service people etc. in the area who may be good to contact. Both she and the inspector discussed the inspection with us and we are now on a path of making our not perfect home pretty close to perfect.Lastly, Jade constantly reminds us to give her a call for anything more we may need.Long distance moves are very stressful but Jade made the buying experience surprisingly easy.I am not one to write reviews but when the service is exceptional...When looking for your next realtor, we can highly recommend Jade Mazzola as one you should consider.It probably is no coincidence that my prior home realtor and I found her with seperate searches.

Some were pushy; others didn?t return calls; some lacked social skills; one was rude; and a few seemed to lack even basic knowledge. Although we?d never spoken and she had no idea if I was a serious and qualified buyer, on very short notice she quickly set up a showing for me and arrived fully informed about the property, the area, utility costs, and the like ? all the things a good realtor should do (but that a surprising number don?t). When the first topic in our first face-to-face meeting concerned ethics ? Jade wanted to be sure she wasn?t ?stepping on another realtor?s toes? ? I suspected I?d finally found my realtor.
