She has a lot of local knowledge to share which is also very helpful. The house we ended up choosing was not the easiest house to show as it was being used as an Airbnb, but she managed all the scheduling, and got us two different showings. ZillowVERIFIED We met Jade when she was learning the real estate business in Taos, New Mexico, and decided that when we were ready to sell, we wanted her to represent us. Taos realtors have an odd relationship with their clients, to my mind, in that they describe themselves as 'transactional.' When we bought our place several years ago, the realtor pretty much told us where to go to answer our questions rather than getting the answers herself, and we were eager to have a different kind of relationship with Jade. Jade ended up representing the buyers for our condo as well, and while that can be problematic in some instances, it was not for us. Jade went way beyond for both us and the buyers, and as a result, I believe we ended up with a 'deal' that was good for both parties. Because the market in Taos had been slow for years, we anticipated a long period of time for our condo to sit on the market, but we staged well, got good professional photographs, and had Jade working with us. The property was online everywhere, and it was shown numerous times almost immediately. We ended up selling within 10 days! We were so happy with Jade and the success of the sale. I think we were her second sale as a real estate agent, but I do not hesitate to recommend her for her responsiveness, kindness, fairness, and diligence. This was a very good experience for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Jade was wonderful when I came to Ranchos de Taos in search of a house.......I had 4 on my list.....2 were sold as I was en route from Philly (plane delayed in Houston due to storm).......the other two were great plus she showed me some others that I had not even seen myself online.....the last house I would have bought were it not for the fact that I moved my funds from a bank manager to a stock broker and did not realize I could get mortgage help from them........Jade came and found me when I got lost and she seems to be a kind and loving person although I only know her as a realtor, not a personal friend of course......I will return to the area again and will deal with no one else but Jade......I only gave her 3 stars for negotiation merely because we never got that far......Philly boy here......looking to head West like Billy the Kid without the violence!!!!!
