Yes — in addition to my real estate licensing and ongoing training through Samson Properties and Virginia Realtors, I consistently take continuing education that focuses on contracts, negotiation, and market trends. I also host monthly homebuyer seminars where I partner with lenders and credit consultants to give clients the tools they need to buy confidently. Beyond real estate, my professional background in the court system and accounting sharpened my organizational skills, advocacy, negotiation, and attention to detail — all of which directly benefit my clients when it comes to contracts, deadlines, and negotiations.
