Working with Jacson was nothing short of amazing. From the first time I met with him, it was clear he understood and empathized with the huge undertaking it was going to be to clean out and sell my childhood home. He was supportive in every phase, was always available to talk through what was happening, and gave great advice as to how to present the house best for sale. It was clear he knows the market well - a true professional - but more than that, he respected and listened to me at every step. He felt more like a partner in this endeavor than anything - working with me to be sure that every step was reasonable and clear, and would maximize the outcome for our family. In case it's not clear, I could not possibly recommend Jacson more highly. He will give you 1000% of his energy and expertise. I wish I was in the market to buy in Bellingham because I'd work with him again in a heartbeat.
