I kept returning to 1 of them, which was originally listed @ more than my budget allowed. He expertly guided me through, and when the price was reduced in October, he knew what my counteroffer should be. Along the way, prior to my offer, he assisted me in getting my finances in order for mortgage pre-approval.He was with me every step of the way, through all the paperwork and inspections. ZillowVERIFIED If you need any real estate agent. STOP! Because you have found her! Dominique Scura is TOPS in the biz! She really listens to your needs and manages to take much of the worry out of the buying and selling process. I used her to purchase my home a few years ago and then loved her so much that I used her again to sell and buy another property. I have worked with and seen some horrific real estate agents. Ones who dont know you, your needs or dont take the time to learn about you or your house...so they really dont know what they are selling. Dominique does! She is client focused. She would never push you one way or the other and she will let you know immediately when she sees red flags. She answers her phone day or night, weekday or weekend. I would warn anyone that if you dont have Dominique Scura your doing yourself a disservice. I knew what I wanted. I knew my bottom line. I gave her 30 days to do it... and she did!! She came through on her word and I dont know any agent out there today who could compare! 5 star service ALL THE WAY!!
