ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Eric Funk and Jackie Haynes was great. We contacted them and let them know we were interested in a townhome in the Morris County area, but won't sure where. After talking to us, learning about who we were and what our needs were, they were intuitive in steering us to the Mendham area. That was when we knew we could work well them. It never seemed like they were trying to provide any space that was available, but more, a space that would be custom fit for us! Within a few weeks, we had seen several good units and then, while on vacation, received a call from them indicating that what they believed was just what we needed had come up on the market. We literally left our vacation house at the beach and came to see it. Knowing we were away, they were fully prepared to facilitate all necessary paperwork in case we wanted to take the place. Sure enough, they were right and within 24 hours we had pretty much secured the unit. It was a great choice for us, as was working with Eric Funk and Jackie Haynes who had a full understanding of our sensibilities and needs. Most of all, they made the whole process positive and free of what can often be difficult and confounding. We highly recommend Eric and Jackie for your real estate needs.
