ZillowVERIFIED Jacque has been amazing helping my wife and I purchase 3 different houses starting as first time home buyers in 2019 and then 2 additional times since then. She was great guiding us through the process the first time when we knew nothing about buying a house; never hesitating to take the time to answer our questions, educate us, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. Our experience the two times since then have been even better as she continues to teach us and offer phenomenal service. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other people and we will surely be looking for her help more in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved here in 2020. Houses were selling so fast and we were really picky about a few things that we wanted. Add the ups and downs that came with moving a family of 7, a job change and selling our house in Wyoming it made for a difficult move. I honestly dont think we wouldve ever made the move work if it wasnt for Jacque! She bent over backwards for us and worked miracles with her hard work and knowledge. I bet she put over 1,000 miles on her car because of us. If we are ever crazy enough to move again we will definitely use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque is a remarkable realtor! She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows her to be an asset to you. She is very professional: always in time, communicates well so that you understand everything, and she will guide you through the experience. Everything from how to best stage/present the home, doing a market analysis and pricing appropriately, helping us navigate questions with insurance, recommending contractors to help us get needed repair done... how to respond to request from sellers and negotiate... She made our home selling process such a good experience - it was a weight off our shoulders.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying our first home turned out to be a nightmare. Jacque stuck by us while we jumped through every hoop there was and was always there to offer advice and support. Shes very personable and easy to mesh with. I think we probably went and viewed over 50 houses in 6 months. When it didnt work out the first time, she made it happen the second and for that we are forever grateful. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and mentor. She truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you Jacque, youre the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque was a god send when it came to buying our first home. Admittedly, I was very lost as to where to even begin. She walked me through step by step, and was fantastic about communicating what was happening with our offers. When we had our potential house inspected, we were terrified at everything they found that was "wrong." When I texted her the next day asking what to do about it all, I found out she already sent a roofer, electrician, etc to the house to check on any of the possible problems. I was impressed time and time again, and have referred two others to her who have had the same experience. I would recommend Jacque to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We we're fortunate enough to work with Jacque Lorang when buying our home 5 years ago. Jacque was incredibly patient with us! I had recently had our sencond child and may have been a bit emotional and picky. :) Jacque was kind and understanding during the whole process! After we found the house we loved and decided to put in an offer we had a mix up with our bank. All seemed lost and it looked like we were going to have to give up on our home, Jacque answered questions and encouraged us and pointed us in the right direction. As first time home buyers her knowledge was incredibly vital in the buying process! I am happy to say we were able to get our home and didn't even have to move the closing date! Jacque has continued to be a presence in our lives! I completely trust her 100%!! She is honest, knowledgeable, kind, and patient and not to mention a veteran! I have, and will continue to, recommend her to everyone and anyone I know in the home buying process! We will be contacting her when we are ready to sale the home we are in to buy our next house!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. From pre-listing meetings to staging advice to marketing materials to open houses and finally to closing we always felt she was 100 percent committed to helping us sell our home. Jacque did a really nice job of being respectful of our time when it came to showings and even went to our house ahead of time to take care of our dogs on one occasion when we couldn't get home before a showing. Would absolutely recommend Jacque for any real estate needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque is the best realtor I've ever worked with (out of five). She is knowledgeable about her field, and gives honest and thoughtful advice based on what you need. Every house we visited she had ideas and pointed out good and bad things - she genuinely cares that you find YOUR house, not just A house. I've referred every single person who is looking to buy or sell to her, and wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Billings area. If you want someone who will work with you and for you, and holds herself to a high standard of professionalism, you want Jacque.

She was respectful of our budget and truly knew what we were looking for in a home. She always provided honest feedback. Jacque's knowledge of the building process and inspections truly sets her apart from your typical realtor. If we are ever looking to buy or sell again, we will, without question, be contacting Jacque!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque helped me with listing/selling my first house. I was going through a messy divorce and was so overwhelmed and unsure of how to sell a home. She made the whole process smooth. I felt comfortable asking her any question and she didnt make me feel dumb. She joined me at the title company to make sure I had someone with me to the end of the process. Looking back selling my house was one of the easiest things I have done and thats because of Jacque and her knowledge, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend her and would hire her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque is a workhorse! We looked for our new home for literally years! She was so patient, always available at the drop of a hat (we called her out of the blue to look at a house and she was able to meet us there 30 minutes later), honest, and gave us great insight into the home-buying process. We finally found a home that checked off all our boxes and she was there for every step of the process. She made buying our first home a great experience. I can not recommend her too highly!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque was our realator in 2016, she was beyond patient when we were indecisive and when we wanted to look at the same house for the 100th time she was supportive. We have had realtors in the past attempt to talk us into houses that we found flaws in, Jacque is not like that at all. No matter how strange the reason is that you don't like a house she is an "ok! On to the next" kind of realtor. She works insanely hard to find you as many matches as possible and really listens to what your looking for. I can't tell you how many times we interrupted her weekend to view "for sure our next home" and never once did she was she annoyed when it wasn't. She's also fabulous with kids, our kids ask us if we can go view homes with Jacque even though we have long bought our home. I cannot recommend her enough she is knowledgeable and professional. She is the best at what she does!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacque came highly recommended by some friends who she helped buy a home. After working with Jacque, it was obviously why she was highly recommended! She is knowledgable about the area and was great about sticking to our budget. She had great suggestions in our price range for us to look at and was flexible with our schedules when viewing homes. She was patient and took the time to explain, in detail, every process that goes into buying a house for us as first time home-buyers. She had excellent suggestions on who to go through for insurance brokers and mortgage brokers. We recommend Jacque to everyone we know who is in the market for a home! Thanks so much for finding us our first home, Jacque!
