As I was searching for a home, the market was such that a home could be pending sale the day after it was posted. Without Jacob's fast response time and flexible schedule, I'm sure I would not have ended up with the dream home that I found. Additionally, he was very patient with me as we searched for a home over about three months. He was always happy to set up a showing at whatever time would work for me, and never pushed me to make an offer I didn't want. His knowledge of the market also helped me save some money on the home I bought because I could have submitted an offer 10k higher than he recommended.
