Before real estate, Jacob spent nine years as a line-haul truck driver for Old Dominion Freight Line. That job taught him what showing up actually looks like: keeping commitments, handling pressure, and finishing the job even when nobody's checking on him. He brings that same reliability to real estate. He isn't new to hard work, just new to the industry, and he treats every client relationship with the same follow-through that kept him at one company for nearly a decade.

Jacob's approach starts with listening. Before talking about financing, timelines, or market conditions, he wants to understand what's actually going on in a client's life: a new job, a growing family, a move across the country, or simply not knowing where to start. From there, he walks through the options honestly, answers every question directly, and makes sure nobody is left wondering what happens next. If he doesn't know an answer, he finds it. He works with buyers and sellers across the Treasure Valley, with particular focus on Nampa and Caldwell, including neighborhoods like Canyon Hill and the Sunnyslope Wine Region. Whether a client is buying their first home, relocating from out of state, selling, or exploring investment property, Jacob's goal is the same: help people make confident decisions without pressure.
