Jacob was recommended to us by several friends and active real estate folks in the area. He was extremely professional and in depth with his communication. We asked to tour 10 houses in one day on the weekend, and he had us set up for tours in no time aEUR" in a geographic manner that made our day extremely easy. In each home, he displayed his skill aEUR" whether it was walking us through new construction nuances, or looking at septic/well setups were less familiar with. In between homes on the sometimes 10-15 minute drive, he was able to get us prompt answers from the sellers agent aEUR" and put them in writing for us to review in our day. 10 homes were a piece of cake for Jake. In the end, he negotiated us into the home of our dreams aEUR" walking into $30,000 of equity on a new build purchase (unheard of in 2025). He protected us when pointing out final touches the builder needed to do as well. Cant say enough positive things aEUR" and Ive done 750 funding transactions as a loan officer. Jacob is everything youd want in a real estate agent. He is easy to talk to, pays attention to your wants & must-haves, and when you tour houses with him, he points out any and all of the red flags. He doesnt gloss over or sugarcoat any hard truths. It truly feels like he is advising you the same way he would if it were one of his loved ones buying a house.
