Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Come sit down with me for coffee ( on me ) and ask me every question you have.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Lets meet and go over a quick to do list before making improvements or remodeling. Not everything will provide a good ROI. I'm always happy to provide a free market analysis on your property.

Q: 3. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I helped a young couple get into their first house and out of a 4-plex they own. They now have a real home with a large yard in a quiet neighborhood for their 3 person, soon to be 4 person family.

Q: 4. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I bought my second home and it was a rough transaction. I really enjoyed the opportunity to be creative and problem solve to make it happen. This spurred me to want to do this for a living.

Jacob was recommended to me directly through Zillow and Im so glad we connected! He was all around outstanding from beginning to end. I bought a house in Wasilla remotely from WA state and he made the process super simple. He even coordinated with a family member nearby to walk the property and be there for the inspection when I couldnt be. He was super responsive, personable and knowledgeable. Ive bought several houses and this was by far the most streamlined, simplest process despite the long distance. I *highly* recommend him and Elise!!

Mr. Scott proved to be an amazing realtor. His knowledge of the local area and the whole process was amazing. He knew how and where to take water samples for testing without even being asked to do so. He provided a simple and easy to follow buying cycle plan that explained each step of the process. He is a genuine person and answered all of our questions quickly and truthfully. We will surely do business with him again for our future real estate needs.

Working with Jacob, especially after a very disheartening experience, was a breath of fresh air and such a great experience. We always felt that we were being told all of the information needed to make a good decision, and Jacob was always 100% looking out for our best interests. He made buying a home a good experience, and was always available to chat whenever needed. I would recommend Jacob to everyone.
