ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough about Jacob. We were living in Miami and decided to buy a house in Tallahassee to be closer to family. The challenge was how to do that remotely. I tell youaEUR| this man came through in a big way, literally, rain or shine, Jacob was there taking videos for me in the rain, sending me text messages for properties that were about to hit the market and that was especially important given the fact that properties were practically gone the very next day after they got listed. I honestly cannot say enough about Jacob.

Construction had just finished on my new home 3-1/2 hours away and I was about to move to my new home when I was put in touch with Jacob O'Donnell. Jacob came prepared - he'd already looked at the real estate comps for the area when he arrived. I discussed my situation and he understood my expectations and then exceeded them in the thoroughly professional way he advertised and then sold my home. He listed it at a price much higher than what I expected to get and in 17 days, I had a contract on the home for full asking price and a closing 30 days after the contract was signed. Jacob deftly handled the entire process as I had moved out of town by the time it went on the market and left it in his hands. Jacob is the man you want if you're looking for someone with a great network of realtors who may have buyers and actively works to sell your home. Jacob O'Donnell is a five-star real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Jacob through Zillow. Let me tell you about Jacob. Jacob is the best! He helped us buy our first home. From the first time I spoke with Jacob I could tell he was a stand up guy. We were having problems with our lender and completely held our hands through the whole process. He was super patient with us whilst looking at tons of homes. My wife and I could tell he was genuinely concerned that we find a house we love as opposed to just trying to make a Commission. He never missed a text or phone call. If he didn't answer, he text immediately telling us why he couldn't pickup and when he would call back. When we picked a house we loved he was all over it. Negotiated like a boss after we had our home inspection and found considerable wood rot. He worked for us like we were buying a 1/2 million dollar house. The man even called us a week later to see how we are settling in. Like I said before. He's the best. If you're looking for a trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable realtor. Look no further.
