ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Jake for 4 houses. Two sales and two purchase. For both of our house sales he has gone above and beyond and gotten exactly, if not more than what we were asking for. He also beat records in each neighborhood for both houses making them the highest selling for the square footage. Homie sold the exact same house down the street from us and we got thousands of dollars more. For both purchases of our homes Jake found us exactly what we were looking for on the first showings. He really dials in, uses his knowledge and tools to find the perfect houses making sure to not waste your time bouncing from house to house and trying to feel it out like previous realtors we've used.
