ZillowVERIFIEDJacob and Franklin are an amazing team. I'm so happy they were part of mine. From the showings to the closing. They were available professional, accommodating and went above and beyond for us to purchase our house. They have assisted us in buying, selling and everything in between. They are hands down the best team we know!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive used Jacob Langford for buying my current house, selling my old one, and for buying a house for my elderly father. In all three transactions, hes been attentive both to detail and to our needs and unfailingly professional. When something has gone sideways, as always seems to happen with real estate deals, hes been calm and solution-minded--and gotten us to closing with a minimum of stress. Ive also recommended him to friends, whove had the same experience. I highly recommend Jacob. Some play at being a realtor. Hes a real one, someone who can be trusted, and someone youll be glad to have on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob and Franklin made purchasing a new home very easy. They were energetic in identifying the type home we were looking for. They were especially patient with us as we looked at a number of homes looking for just the right one. Both provided excellent advice on the process and made sure we understood what was happening during our purchase. It was very apparent they both had our best interest in mind at all times. What could have been a scary, harrowing experience was really easy. If your looking for a new home, you cant beat this team.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob was great. The experience went smooth from start to finish. As a first time homebuyer, you dont know what to expect as the experience is new. There were no surprises that would have added any more stress than expected from just being nervous. Jacob always answered our questions and got the answers for us very quickly, it he didnt know at the time. I strongly recommend Jacob and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Franklin and Jacob. Both were really knowledgable and took the time to answer all our questions. They set realistic expectations and helped the sale of our house go really smooth. Our appraisal came in slightly under asking price. They sent in additonal comps of our area to raise the appraisal to asking price. They are constantly on the ball and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
