Jacob Klarman

Hello, my name is Jacob Klarman. I come from a "Realtor Family" on both sides of the family tree...my paternal grandparents owned a C-21 Real Estate office in New Jersey and still own more than three dozen rental properties. Prior to our joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, my maternal grandparents, Mark and Pam Thompson, opened Laissez Faire Properties in Aiken in 1997 which then became Laissez Faire Sotheby's International Realty and then merged with RE/MAX Tattersall Group in May 2014.

When I started as a member of the Thompson Team Carolinas, (Mark and Pam Thompson, my mother, Michelle Adams, and myself) I've been told I took to it "like a duck takes to water"! I started managing the rental program and grew it from a few sellers' homes that hadn't sold to now managing more than 30 rental/investment properties. Additionally, I have added nearly $5 million in sales volume to the Thompson Team Carolinas since beginning my career a little more than 3 years ago.

My knowledge of social media marketing, computer technology, and organizational skills has contributed to my success, but I think it's more about my caring nature and attention to the needs of my clients that has earned glowing accolades and referrals from the clients I have worked with.
