As a lifelong Arizonan, Jacob has witnessed first-hand the record growth in the Phoenix area and grew up learning everything he could about what sells a home, market trends, and builders in the Valley, acquiring his real estate license at the age of 18. He spent the first years of his career gaining a deep understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions, dealing with a myriad of other agents, lenders, and title companies, all while ensuring a smooth closing for contracts of all price points, sizes, timelines, and situations. In 2021, Jacob joined Haiduk Realty Experience (HRE) for the opportunity to work with a brokerage that cherishes the goal of creating exceptional client relationships, by providing value, experience, and clear guidance to all clients throughout their real estate journey. After years of working with realtors on multiple moves, Jacob was by far the best realtor we have had. Jacob is very knowledgeable of the Phoenix area, especially in Queen Creek, Gilbert and Chandler. Jacob is a friendly, patient and understanding realtor. We were so picky when viewing homes, we were at the 2 year mark (moving from Nevada to AZ) when we decided on our home and could not be happier. While it seemed like a long process and frustrating at times, Jacob never gave up and seemed to work harder. Jacob is an outstanding realtor and is always available for the buyer. Jacob did an outstanding job finding our new home for us with many boxes to check on the house, yard and garage. He was kind and went above and beyond to help us, and any time we had a question he was very fast to respond to us with an answer or letting us know he was finding out the answer. We ended up choosing a home being built and were sent weekly video updates of the progress. We highly recommend Jacob for your buying or selling needs.
