ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Jacob was a delight! I am a first-time homebuyer and I was somewhat intimidated going into the process, but Jacob made the process extremely pleasant and accessible. I always felt like a top priority to Jacob and he worked very hard to find me a dream home that checked all of my boxes and form a successful strategy for closing the deal! Jacob's service combines personalized, low-pressure advocacy with excellent expertise in all aspects of the home buying process. I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDJacob made the process of buying our home in Oregon incredibly painless and easy. We have 2 small kids and were looking for a home in a nice neighborhood with young families. He understands people, their needs and the market. He knows good neighborhoods and bad. The bend market is competitive and he put us in a good position to win. Jacob also has a lot of good connections. We used a lender, painter and inspector all referred by him and he coordinated everything beautifully. Jacob is someone you can trust and rely on because of his character and because he cares about his clients.
ZillowVERIFIEDJacob was an awesome realtor, we called him up last minute to see a property without much heads up and he got it figured out. Unfortunately that one didnt work out but he met up with us for coffee and started digging in to get us options and properties for us to check out which was no little feat given the lack of inventory. He went above and beyond for us and was awesome every step of the way. Anything we asked of him he figured out and was also great at communicating. He even offered to help remove some junk from our property that the old tenants left and the old owner refused to remove but we didnt let him do that as it wasnt his problem to deal with but he still offered to help! He even made offers to come lend a hand with some house rennovations and was willing to do whatever to make sure the sale went through smoothly and we believe had we taken him up he would have been there happy to help with a smile on his face. He also had plenty of good recomendations for different people to do things like house inspections or repair people and other things like that. Awesome experience, I wouldn't have any hesitations in recommending him to other people because as i mentioned he went above and beyond for us and is an awesome guy! Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDJacob is the realtor that everyone hopes their realtor will be. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure things happened in a timely manner, happy to hop on the phone anytime I had a question, and overall a joy to work with. Working with Jacob made my entire home buying experience as easy and painless as possible. I really looked forward to every walk through we did, and walked away with a smile on my face even if the property wasn't the one for me. His knowledge of the market and resolve to find the best fit for me was always apparent. It truly felt like I was working with the best in the business. Trust Jacob with any of your reality needs, and I assure you it will be an amazing experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen selling a house, especially a longtime family home, there are many decisions to be made and a host of emotions as well. My father and I were extremely grateful to have Jacob available to ask our many questions and to reassure us every step of the process. With his guidance, resourcefulness and knowledge we were able to find a buyer and close the deal within a months time. Because of Jacobs trustworthiness and timely advice we were able to get a fair price and navigate the hurdles without losing our peace of mind. I am confident he can help you with all your realty needs as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDJacob was an incredible partner in my buying experience. He was able to walk me through every aspect of the process and offered insight into things I would have never considered. He and his team at Engel & Volkers are the best in Bend. 10/10 would recommend.
