Jacob made our homebuying process a breeze! He was there throughout the entire process. From viewing to closing and everything in between. He negotiated the best deals for us with our new build and continued those negotiations throughout the build and buying process to ensure we were happy with our new home. Jacob provided a thorough analysis of our prospective home and gave us all of the important data not just for the current purchase, but also future projections for resale in the area. Jacob is a phenomenal realtor. If you want someone who will give you exactly what you ask for(or more), fight for you and your best interests, and tell you the honest truth with no sugar coating, this is the guy for you. Were a Military family, and when we moved to San Antonio for the first time we started as renters. He gladly helped us out and found us a very nice rental property. A year later we decided to buy and Jacob found us exactly what we wanted! We wouldve considered it our forever home if we could pick it up and take it with us. Now, we just sold that home and Jacob once again did not disappoint. Hes consistent, he knows what hes doing and can communicate it well, and hes always available. I met Mr. Eisenhauer while he was conducting an Open House for a home. While I personally knew I wouldn't be able to buy this specific house, Mr. Eisenhauer took the time to talk to me and my family about what goes into buying a home and what to expect as first time home buyers. He informed me that first thing I should do is make sure I have a good mortgage company first then go from there. He gave us a recommendation as well as contact info for himself should we become serious buyers. I ended up contacting Mr. Eisenhauer's contact as well as him to begin the journey of looking for a house. I knew nothing about buying, but Mr. Eisenhauer took the time to educate me and my wife on everything that we may have had questions about. He provided advice as well as what if scenarios to help us find the perfect home for us and our family. I had big doubts about buying a home, and Mr. Eisenhauer eased those doubts and taught me so much along the way. He never pressured us to do anything we didn't understand and made sure we knew all the options about decision making points. I'm glad we crossed paths and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a home in the San Antonio Area.
