ZillowVERIFIED It had come time to move family into an assisted living community. That process in itself is very intense and stressful. Part of the process was selling a home that had been in the family for 63 years. We contacted Jake DaRosa based on a referral from another family member and listed the home with him. Front the onset Jake was efficient and knowledgeable and continued throughout the sales process without disappointment. The home sold in 60 days during a time the market was taking a downturn. I know that Jake put in a lot of effort behind the scenes to make the sale happen. Although our home was on the lower price scale we never felt that the level of service was dependent on the value of the home. I was extremely satisfied with the selling process and would definitely recommend Jake and his team.

I had already been in contact with another broker who was willing to go with whatever timeline I felt comfortable with, even if it meant selling after my move out of state. Raja assured me that selling at top dollar was still possible without moving out first, and he made it happen. His knowledge of the local real estate market and expert advice helped me make the decisions necessary in getting this sale to happen when it did and at top dollar. Raja always maintained constant contact throughout the process, from giving me updates, to responding to my many questions, and congratulating me on getting through escrow. He even went above and beyond to make this happen. For instance, during the photography session, he helped me move packing boxes out of the way. Again, Raja offered his assistance to let the final cleaning crew access my home after I had accepted an offer and made my planned move days later. Throughout this process, Raja?s professionalism, extensive real estate knowledge, sales negotiation skills, and constant communications prove him to be a truly outstanding member of the DaRosa Team, and I am so thankful that I chose Raja to sell my home.

ZillowVERIFIED On the last Wednesday in May 2021 I signed a right to represent with Jake DaRosa to sell my home on 10248 Country Way in Sacramento. I told Jake I would need at least $360,000. Thursday he called with an offer. The sale closed July 7, 2021 for $425,000 all cash. Jake was even able to get a $5000 cash advance to cover my and my granddaughters moving expenses. Beyond that, Jake talked the buyer into postponing the closing until July 7th to allow my granddaughter and her husband to make arrangements to move. I refer to Jake as Superman of Real Estate. My family had lived in the area since the late 1800s so the sale involved letting go of family history and memories. The house had been unoccupied for 3 years so systems and condition were unknown. For over two years I had been trying to sell my house with a different agent and we dropped the house below market value and still had no offers. During this time Jake had persistently kept calling me to have a sit down with him and hear his presentation and selling strategy. I had told Jake to keep calling me back for when we were ready for a new agent and Jake kept that promise in checking in. He has a professional team and also a professional photographer who has takes real impressive looking pictures with a real shutter camera and not with a cellphone like others. On top of that, he also has good connection of local and affordable handyman I used to make minor repairs. I had really specific requests such as renting the home upon sold and he was able to negotiate with the buyers to allow me to rent until my other home is purchased.
