About Jacob Cunningham

Jacob Cunningham is an Associate Broker at Realty One Group Next Level, a modern, purpose-driven lifestyle real estate brand, which has been named the fastest growing real estate franchise in America. After beginning his career in 2017, he was offered a position to work alongside Peter and Rebecca Beauchemin, two of the most successful, well-known, and respected real estate brokers in NH. Quickly being promoted to Operations Manager of their four offices, he continued working alongside the Beauchemins to help grow their company and streamline backend processes. Over the course of about 5 years, while assisting them in growing the company, he also worked on over 100 transactions and was able to master the skillset of helping buyers and sellers navigate the sale or purchase of residential real estate. During this time, Jacob also learned that his number one strength is his ability to implement repeatable systems and fine tune them until they are running at max efficiency. His attention to detail is second to none, sometimes to the detriment of his own sanity. Nowadays he prides himself in using this knowledge to help his clients navigate the often-overwhelming process of home ownership. Born and raised in Pelham, NH, Jacob lives, breathes, and eats New England Patriots football and Boston Celtics Basketball and enjoys going to games when he can. When he isn't working (or religiously watching football and basketball games) you can find him jogging around town or watching terrible reality television with his girlfriend.

Mr. Cunningham was great to work with always prepared, always had an answer(To my many questions). Going to the showings was a good time, he always had a good attitude, and looked professional (His burgundy suit was my favorite). Jacobs knowledge of the market helped more than he knows, I came into buying a house knowing pretty much nothing, at the beginning he asked you if you want to see a presentation, which helped a lot. Knowing that information helped me move forward with the home buying process. Jacob has a Trusting nature and I would highly recommend him to anyone just starting out or selling your home. My experience with Jacob as a first time home buyer was amazing! From the knowledge he had to his negotiation skills I never once felt worried that he was my realtor. He really went into detail when explaining different parts of the home buying process. If I ever had a question no matter the time of day he had an answer for me. He was extremely flexible and always made time when I was interested in a home. I never really had to follow up with him he would always be 10 steps ahead which made the process seamless and so comfortable! If you are in the market for a relator I highly recommend Jacob, you will not be disappointed!
