ZillowVERIFIEDJake was outstanding throughout our entire home-buying process. We decided to make a move because we wanted a home that was a better fit for our familys needs, and having the right realtor made all the difference. From day one, Jake was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly approachable. He was never pushy or difficult to talk to. Anytime we had questions, he responded quickly and made sure we understood every step of the process. He always took the time to explain our options and helped guide us toward the decisions that were best for our family. What I appreciated most was how available and responsive he was. Knowing we could reach out at any time and get honest, knowledgeable advice made the entire experience much less stressful. We always felt like he genuinely had our best interests in mind. If youre buying or selling a home, my advice is to choose a realtor who communicates well, is experienced, and truly cares about helping youaEUR"not just closing a deal. Jake was all of those things, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob Corirossi was a great realtor from start to finish. We met him at an open house, and even when our first offer didnt go through, he kept supporting us without ever being pushy. He gave solid advice, pointed out issues during tours, and respected our decisions. Just when we were ready to give up, he kept us motivated and we finally found our home! He made the whole process smooth and low-stress. Bonus points: he even relocated a harmless snake during one tour, talk about going above and beyond! Highly recommend Jacob to anyone buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is a dependable realtor. He is knowledgeable, hard working, and doesn't give up. We recently bought an old 1930's cabin, and he had to figure out problems left and right. Turns out, buying a fixer upper with a FHA loan can be a nitty gritty process due to safety codes & regulations for the appraisal to pass this particular loan. Purchasing a house is a stressful process for everyone, but he did a great job at communicating every step of the way helping us feel more at ease. I would defenetly highly recommend working with this realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont know where to start, Jacob went above and beyond for my family and I. He would text or call me after hours and on the weekends for negotiations and deals he made with the other party. I have already recommended him to my family and friends and I plan on using him in the future when I decide to buy our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jacob Corirossi, Signature Real Estate Group, to sell our home in Temecula, California. He is the epitome of professionalism, honesty, and a genuinely nice guy. We spoke with Jacob and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data and info on comps in the area. Unlike other agents that we've worked with, Jacob truly puts the customers' needs as a no.1 priority. He made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken. It was very refreshing. Jacob's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a house paid off - our listing looked amazing. Our home went under contract four days after putting it on the market (with multiple offers) and sold for more than the asking price. Buying and selling real estate is a joyful time, but it can also be very stressful. Jacob helped put my husband and I at ease by communicating with us and keeping us informed through every selling process step. After we accepted the offer, Jacob walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We highly recommended Jacob and will continue to recommend him to everyone we know. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and strives to meet his clients' needs while not imposing his own. We can't say enough good things about him and his entire team. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is an EXCELLENT real estate agent that I cannot recommend more! We listed my grandmothers home in late January 2020, quickly had multiple competing offers, and went into escrow within 30 days! Then, we were blindsided by this Coronavirus just before close of escrow. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure the sale happened. It was absolutely amazing, and we are 110% satisfied with his professionalism and aggressiveness in handling the deal during these uncertain times. He is officially our real estate agent for life! Thank you Jacob!

ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately, I have had to edit the review below. Jacob has proven himself to be only interested in himself and not his clients. 3 weeks after purchasing our home, a water leak developed that had been (and is) a previous issue. While it was declared to be fixed and corrected, it was not and continued to leak and cause much damage. When I contacted Jacob, he simply ran away from the problem and did not attempt at all to fight for me. I have not heard from him since. I would not recommend Jacob at all and certainly not use him again. Jacob is the man!!! My wife and I recently worked with Jacob and purchased our new home. We found Jacob to be open, friendly, patient (I asked a lot of foolish questions) and his follow-up exceeded my expectations. Jacob know his stuff and once he knew what we were looking for, the search intensified until he led us to our dream home. I can't say enough about his knowledge of the local area and real estate acumen. If you are looking for a house to sell or buy, you better call Jacob...NOW!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience as a first time home buyer working with Jacob was great! His communication, thoroughness and knowledge was so helpful to me as I relied on his expertise to guide me through this process. Whether we communicated via phone, text, or email, we were constantly in contact which helped me feel better about how things were moving along. Jacob continuously updated me on what was happening next and what I should expect which created a transparent relationship that Ive realized is imperative for a smooth home buying process. His willingness to support and standby by me as his client, was beyond amazing, as I have learned that things get personal when buying a home and he represented me in the best light.

ZillowVERIFIED What a spectacular Real estate agent! This gentleman went above & beyond to help us find our first home. We were not an easy couple to please & we were looking for the great white buffalo. Because of our strange demands we encountered every possible glitch but Jacob enjoyed the challenge & we ended up finding a great deal even in a sellers market. In less than one year our the value of our home has generated enough equity to make this huge purchase a win for us. His pleasant demeanor and witty charm remained consistent throughout the hunt & even though we fought about every detail he never gave up & somehow managed to make us both feel like we were getting what we each wanted even though we couldn't agree on anything. I HIGHLY recommend this agent for your next home purchase. Happy house hunting :)
