Making a move is stressful and add to that an out of state move and things can be quite challenging. We worked with Jake for our new CA home making multiple short visits to view selected homes. We met Jacob Corirossi at an open house and asked him to help us put in an offer. That offer didn't get accepted, but he stayed in touch and continued to support us. He was always polite, funny, and respectful, we never felt like he was trying to push a sale on us. When we toured homes, he walked around with us and pointed out things like cracks, leaks, or other issues we might have missed. He gave us advice on how much to offer, and even when we chose to offer less than he suggested, he still submitted the offer without pressuring us to increase it. We worked with him for a while and even thought we were ready to give up, but he kept encouraging us with his positive attitude. Thanks to him, we finally found our home, and he was with us through every step of the process. Definitely this was a smooth transition with minimal stress.
