ZillowVERIFIEDJacob did an excellent job of selling our investment cabin in Sevierville TN. We listed the cabin at his suggested price and it sold in six days. Photography was great! He is very knowledgeable and works quickly. Good to respond to the many questions that we had. We highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob exceeded all our expectations. His knowledge of the local housing market is unsurpassed. He was very responsive and keep us in the loop throughout the entire process. His staff was equally impressive...his photographer/videographer was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. We've already recommended Jacob to friends and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob connected my wife and I with Caroline Lynch and she was absolutely fantastic throughout our home buying experience. She was always a call or text away whenever we had a question or problem and we had many. She made our experience as easy as possible even though we were first-time homebuyers and 3 states away. I cant recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I would really like to thank Caroline and her team for going above and beyond in helping us secure our home while overseas! We didn't have a great experience with our lending team however Caroline remained positive, provided solutions, and advocate for us especially when we felt like giving up. If it wasn't for her we would have lost the desire to continue with the purchase of the home my family and I are growing to love. The challenges of looking for a home long distance is daunting in addition to the stressor of being a military family. However, Caroline's responsiveness, professionalism and integrity made us feel that we had a reliable friend helping us. We look forward to work with Caroline and the Collins Family in the future and will ONLY recommend them to our friends and family that may need a local realtor! Thanks again, From the Sandoval Family

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob and his wife actively managed different aspects of selling the house. Weve dealt with other realtors and I can safely say, these folks put forth the extra effort with marketing the property and attracting attention and prospective buyers. Honest feedback is also a plus in their column for constructive communication during the sale process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob and his team consistently work hard for their clients. I met him when he was selling my neighbors house. I was totally impressed by him helping her move and carry furniture. To me, this is way above and beyond the call of duty for a realtor. Since then, I have seen him and his team constantly lead the industry with their servants hearts.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob has be a huge help to my parents and finding them a home quickly and that fits exactly what they want! He has always been quick with answering any questions they had. He listened to what they were looking for, which is hard to find, and ONLY sent over houses that met what they wanted and within their budget. It took a little over 1 month to find them the perfect place! He never pressured them into putting any offers in if they werent sold on the house. He is also great at focusing on getting you the best deal that benefits you! I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking!!
