Awesome!!! Cathrine did more for us in 3 hours than a different agent attempted in 3 months!!! I would highly recommend!!!! I came 678 miles to look for a home. We Put an offer in with another agent, who told us the offer was put on pause. That's right, PAUSE!!!! I told her to reject it and moved on to another home. We exchanged words and she fired us as clients. The next morning, we were directed to Cathrine. Cathrine looked at the original offer and told us that it wasn't written correctly. Cathrine wrote the offer and submitted it. Took us to look at a few more properties. The next day, Cathrine informed us that the seller accepted the offer!!! Awesome!!!!!!
