ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Jacob for several months and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He always gave great advice and was always dead on when his aEURoespideyaEUR? senses went off when looking at a house. Finally closed today and it went better than expected. I would recommend Jacob to everyone purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob recently helped us find our first home in the Charlotte area. What I noticed about Jacob was that he's very well organized, and was always able to make time to fit in viewings on short notice, which was very important in this active market environment. He was able to answer our questions and able to calm my anxiety during the sometimes stressful underwriting process. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jacob!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob was a pleasure to work from the get-go. As first time homebuyers the home buying process was a mystery to us. Jacob explained the entire process from A to Z in a way where anyone could understand it. He was responsive and helped us navigate any possible issue that would pop up. We look forward to working with him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, Jacob was available day and night to answer the many questions I came to him with and was able to guide me through the home buying process with relative ease. He knew the area well and and communicated any issues or concerns I had to the seller's agent promptly. It was an enjoyable experience and I am very pleased with my new home!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C) and I were looking to buy our first house and were really unsure of the process or how any of it works. We randomly got connected to Jacob when looking at houses on Zillow and he was unbelievable helpful the entire time. He always responded very quickly, answered our onslaught of questions, and made the entire process manageable and easy. I could not say enough great thinks about Jacob, but if you need a house this is your guy. This was our first experience buying a house, and I have heard horror stories about the endeavor. Jacob really made it a manageable experience, and I imagine we got very lucky finding him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob Cabot was very easy to deal with. Attentive and very responsive. He took us through the entire process over the phone and emails as we purchased from the east coast. He was available at all times for any questions or concerns, even while on vacation. Helped us work thru some appraisal issues. Was there with us working thru some HOA issues after purchase. Just a great stand up guy. We would use him again and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very fortunate to have met Jacob Cabot while searching on line for a new home in the Las Vegas area. He provided me with the information on properties that were available and the specific amenities I asked for. I flew into Vegas to look at a property that interested me and he was very accommodating with his schedule. Picking me up at the hotel and spending most of his day showing me around the place that I would be calling home soon. He is the consummate professional willing to do what it takes to make his clients dreams come true. I highly recommend Jacob as he is very personable and easy to talk with. He is straight forward with his answers when I had questions and very trustworthy. I couldnt have made a better choice in selecting an agent that would stay on top of things for me and my family. I know I wasnt his only client but he treated me like I was THE only one. Fantastic experience! Thanks again and if I ever need a real estate agent again, I know who Ill be calling!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more responsive or "real" individual to work with when it came to buying my first house. Jacob comes highly recommended. He'll treat you like a friend, not just a realtor. I'll contact him again if I'm ever looking to sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob Cabot is a very knowledgeable realtor. He is very attentive and always willing to give his advice when it is needed. We were able to find our home in a timely manner. He is always responsive and was ready to show the homes we requested while keeping in mind the surroundings, if he had an opening in his schedule he would have a time set and be ready to show the home sometimes in the same day or the next day after requesting. All in all working with Jacob was a joy, I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks again Jacob!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Jacob Cabot to purchase our first home and really cant say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of more than a year). Buying a home in the Las Vegas market was challenging, but working with Jacob made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic people I've worked with in Las Vegas. As a realtor, he's absolutely top notch. Even after closing, he's been extremely helpful with the issues we've faced. My favorite aspect of our realtor-client relationship has been the honesty. At no point did he try to give us the run around or try to sell us on a property that we didn't like. He was quick to point out problems, provide potential solutions, and tell us his personal opinion on buying the house. If I ever go through this again, I'll do so with the help of Jacob Cabot.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a widowed senior who has health issues. Jacob stuck with me for a year while I was deciding whether to sell my house. It came to a point where I had no choice so I bit the bullet and had Jacob list my house. It sold quickly and easily. Even though the move to an apartment was bittersweet, Jacob was there for me all the way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He guided me through the sales process which made the move more manageable. I am grateful to Jacob for the way he handled all aspects of the sale of my home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough good things about this guy! He was AMAZING. Very attentive and very knowledgeable. Hes so friendly and he just gets it. Purchasing a house is very stressful and time consuming, and he does not add fuel to the flame. He answered any questions, and reassured me when I had doubts. Although we didnt end up purchasing a home, I appreciate all the time he invested into our search. He didnt flake out when we said we werent ready to purchase, and that speaks volumes. When were ready to buy, hes definitely the guy were going to! 10/10 recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is the man! I am not the most knowledgeable of home buyers so I was really looking for someone who could take me step by step through the home buying process. Now, I can go on and on about how professional and knowledgeable Jacob was throughout this entire procedure, but it was his willingness to go above and beyond his job to help me that stood out tremendously. Always reachable at a moments notice and always had knowledgeable answers to my million elementary questions. Being out of state and trying to buy a home is stressful, but Jacob made it practically flawless. Even went out of his way to complete the final walk through and inspection for me since I couldn't be there. What a boss move! Despite being an awesome and extremely busy guy, he cares and always makes time for his clients. I would recommend Jacob in a heartbeat and know that my referral would be in awesome hands!

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Jacob, well that he is amazing. From the very first call I had with him was very informative. He is very professional but at the same time you dont feel pushed by him. Everytime he or I had I question I would send a text (which I prefer) and would hear from him fast. We sold our first home with him, my cousin is also using him at this moment and would defenetly use him for when we are ready to buy our next home. We will keep him as our realtor for life. Thanks Jacob for helping us sell our house :)

ZillowVERIFIED During my recent house hunt, I wasn't going to engage an agent until I identified my house because agents hadn't added much value in the past. When Jacob and I were chatting at an open house, he inspired confidence in his willingness and ability to contribute to the process, so I moved forward with him. Not only did Jacob add value to the process, but he discerned very quickly what we were looking for and showed us relevant properties that led to our purchase. Highly recommended--I plan to use Jacob again when I sell.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy is the real deal. Me and my wife were originally working with another realtor previous to Jacob and after running into him at an open house, we decided to make the switch. I couldnt have imagined our first home buying experience without him. He made the process extremely enjoyable and never put any kind of pressure on us whatsoever, even when we asked too much from him and took a long time to finally buy. He always remained professional when it came to his work, but he also took the time to mentor us through the process so that we could always make the decisions that were best for us. I give my highest recommendation to Jacob.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob was a critical part of our success in purchasing a home in Las Vegas. My wife and I were moving from Indiana and we wanted to have a place to move into before we arrived. Purchasing a home long distance presents some unique challenges, but purchasing a home long distance in the competitive Las Vegas market was an entirely different monster. Jacob would take time to show us properties via FaceTime and block off entire days to show us in person. His responses to questions were immediate, honest and thorough. Our relationship quickly turned into a professional friendship, and my wife and I felt like we were his only clients. I'm sure the many others he had felt the same way. At times things looked bleak with offers, but in the end Jacob got us a home for less than asking price, that ended up appraising well over contract price. I can't imagine what this process would have been like with anyone else, but next time we're in the market to buy or sell, or we have friends in a similar situation, Jacob will be the only option. You will not go wrong working with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Jacob is the man if you need to sell your home. The process went just as he said it would and he got us more than the asking price. The sale went so fast that we never had a "For Sale" sign up in front of the property. He was available most of the time when we had questions.I would reccommend Jacob for anyone interested in selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED LOOK NO FURTHER!! Jacob is truly an Realtor Champion of All!! Very patient and knowledgeable on the properties he showed us, if you have any questions or concerns in regards to the property and/or location, he is very honest and gives you in a detailed response, never he gave us a short response or saying 'I don't know'.This guy know his stuff and will not delay you. From what my wife and I experienced...he's also aggressive when it comes to negotiating the seller's/agent...felt like, he was an 'Attorney' on our side (lol). Jacob stays on top updating and communication in between, he will never leave you wondering. He's on your side and puts you in TOP PRIORITY! I Promise, Jacob will not let you down!!!
