The old saying that long distance relationships don't work out isn't always true. I recently purchased a condo in the Diamondhead area with Wayne's excellent advice, knowledge and intuition in this market. I'm coming from Ontario, Canada - a distance of over 1800 miles. Wayne and I ran into some difficulties negotiating the first condominium that I wanted to purchase and some legal issues on the second condominium. Through it all, Wayne stuck by my side and patiently navigated the twists and turns of real estate. This is one long distance relationship that truly worked out. I've been enjoying my new home for several weeks and couldn't be happier.
