I recently purchased a condo in the Diamondhead area with Wayne's excellent advice, knowledge and intuition in this market. I'm coming from Ontario, Canada - a distance of over 1800 miles. Wayne and I ran into some difficulties negotiating the first condominium that I wanted to purchase and some legal issues on the second condominium.
